Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pound skinless
  • boneless chicken breasts
  • thinly sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion
  • thinly sliced
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Methods :

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Mix cornstarch, chili powder, paprika, sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin together in a bowl.
  • Combine chicken, red bell peppers, and onion in a bowl; add cornstarch mixture and stir until evenly coated. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes. Serve chicken mixture in corn tortillas.
