  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • sifted
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 16 sugar cookies

    • Methods :

  • Combine confectioners’ sugar and lemon juice in a bowl, adding 1 teaspoon at a time, until the consistency is not too thick or too runny. Mix until well combined.
  • Dip each cookie into the icing; place cookies on a cooling rack until set.
