Carrot Wake-Up Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • or to taste
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 carrot
  • chopped
  • or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • Methods :

  • Combine spinach, orange juice, carrot, protein powder, and ginger in a blender. Blend, adding frozen blueberries gradually and stirring if needed, until smooth.
