Ingredients :

  • ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup frozen peaches
  • ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ banana
  • chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • divided
  • Methods :

  • Combine yogurt, coconut water, strawberries, peaches, mango, banana, and 1 tablespoon chia seeds in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with remaining 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
