Ingredients :

  • ¼ cucumber
  • roughly chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • water as needed
  • Methods :

  • Layer cucumber, banana, ginger, and chia seeds in a blender; add orange juice. Blend mixture until smooth, adding water for a thinner smoothie.
