Chile Cheese Triangle Toasts



Ingredients :

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons canned diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
  • 6 slices potato bread
  • crusts removed and bread cut into 4 triangles
  • Methods :

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix mayonnaise, Mexican cheese blend, butter, jalapeno peppers, and hot sauce together in a bowl; spread onto each bread triangle. Place triangles on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until toasts are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
