Ingredients :

  • 1 Smithfield® Peppercorn & Garlic Seasoned Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast
  • cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 ½ cups chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 ½ cups sliced carrots
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large tomato
  • diced
  • 2 green onions
  • finely chopped
  • 12 ounces bow tie pasta
  • cooked
  • Methods :

  • Heat large skillet over high heat; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Saute pork with garlic until pork is browned. Add broccoli and carrots; saute until tender-crisp.
  • Meanwhile, combine milk, margarine, pepper and Italian seasoning in small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until blended.
  • Stir cooked pasta, tomato and green onions into pork mixture. Toss with cheese sauce before serving.
