Ingredients :
1 pound cod fillets
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup soy-based steak marinade
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lemon, quartered
2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
Methods :
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2
Place fish in a 13×9 inch baking dish or pan.
Step 3
Pour butter, marinade, salt and pepper onto and around the fish. Squeeze the lemons onto the fish. Lay tomato slices over the top of the fish.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
