Fresh Spinach with Feta and Tomatoes

Ingredients :

  • 1 ½ bunches fresh spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • cubed
  • 1 (4 ounce) package feta cheese
  • cubed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • sliced
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • Methods :

  • Wash spinach and place into a pot while still dripping wet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Drain excess liquid. Add tomatoes, feta cheese, and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
