Ingredients :

  • 1 ¾ cups soy or almond milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Aunt Sue’s® Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • Methods :

  • Blend all ingredients together, very slowly increasing speed from low to high. Blend for 1 1/2 minutes at high.
