Grandma’s Meatloaf

Ingredients :

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • ½ pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • chopped
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms
  • drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • Methods :

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, onion, mushrooms, soup and egg. Mix together well and place in a 5×9 inch loaf pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
