Green Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • or to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • or more to taste
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • or as needed
  • Methods :

  • Blend oats and almonds in a blender until powdery; add spinach, banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Blend, gradually adding rice milk, until desired consistency is reached.
