  • ¼ cup drained and rinsed black beans
  • 3 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • ½ avocado
  • mashed
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • diced
  • 2 carrots
  • diced
  • 1 zucchini
  • diced
  • 1 stalk celery
  • finely sliced
  • Methods :

  • Layer hummus, black beans, flax seed meal, avocado, tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, and celery, respectively, in a bowl or a plastic lunch container.
