Ingredients :

  • 6 wheat crackers (such as Wheat Thins®)
  • 3 slices reduced-sodium turkey
  • 2 slices reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • quartered
  • 1 romaine lettuce leaf
  • torn into large pieces (Optional)
  • 1 roma tomato
  • sliced (Optional)
  • Methods :

  • Place crackers in a small, resealable plastic bag. Place the turkey and Cheddar cheese squares into a separate resealable plastic bag. Place the lettuce and tomato into a third resealable plastic bag.
  • Serve by stacking turkey, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato on wheat crackers.
