3 ½ cups instant mashed potato flakes

¾ cup sour cream

1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits

1 pound mild Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Prepare potatoes according to package directions.

Add sour cream and bacon bits; mix well.

Place in a 9×13 inch baking dish and top with cheese; bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
