Mango Salsa with Corn and Black Beans

Ingredients :

  • 4 mangos – peeled
  • seeded
  • and diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
  • drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Methods :

  • Stir the diced mango, black beans, corn, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
