Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • melted
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts
  • 1 mango
  • chopped
  • 1 Gala apple
  • chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • Methods :

  • Stir yogurt, coconut oil, and agave nectar together in a bowl.
  • Divide yogurt mixture evenly between 2 serving bowls. Layer oats, walnuts, mango, and apple over yogurt; top with chia seeds and hemp seeds.
