Opal’s Cherry Delight

Directions

Ingredients :

20 graham crackers

finely crushed

½ cup confectioners’ sugar

¼ cup butter

melted

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

at room temperature

1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Methods :

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, and butter together in a bowl; press into a 9×9-inch pan.

Whisk cream cheese, whipped topping, and 1 cup confectioners’ sugar together in a bowl until smooth; spread over graham cracker crust. Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture layer. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
