Ingredients :

  • ⅓ cup vanilla-flavored or plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 mandarin or clementine oranges – peeled
  • pith removed
  • sectioned
  • ½ sliced
  • frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon truRoots® Organic Chia Seeds
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Methods :

  • Place yogurt, oranges, banana, chia seeds and ice cubes in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
