Orange-Poppy Seed Dressing

Directions

½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

or to taste (Optional)

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 pinch salt

1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Combine orange juice, oil, honey, vinegar, and salt in a measuring cup or bowl. Whisk together until blended. Add poppy seeds and whisk to combine.
