Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 large yellow squash
  • shredded
  • 1 large tomato
  • cut into large chunks
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • minced
  • Methods :

  • Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir squash, tomato, walnuts, and garlic into coconut oil; cook and stir until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.
