  • 2 frozen bananas (peel before you freeze)
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Methods :

  • Blend bananas, almond milk, ice, peanut butter, wheat germ, flax seed, and honey in a blender until smooth.
