Ingredients :

  • 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats (such as British Class®)
  • ⅓ cup cocoa nibs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (such as Cool Runnings®)
  • Methods :

  • Combine peanut butter, quick cooking oats, cocoa nubs, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Use a tablespoon to scoop out small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
