Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus

Ingredients :

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
  • drained
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon diced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Methods :

  • Combine chickpeas, pumpkin, dates, maple syrup, peanut butter, ginger, molasses, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a food processor. Process to a smooth paste, 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down sides as necessary. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
