Ingredients :

  • 4 cubes ice
  • or more if desired
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ½ frozen banana
  • cut into chunks
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Methods :

  • Blend ice, milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, banana, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
