Ingredients :

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages Neufchatel cheese
  • softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup minced ramps (wild leeks)
  • Methods :

  • Mix Neufchatel cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl; fold minced ramps into the cheese mixture. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
