Ingredients :

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup molasses
  • ¾ cup spicy brown mustard
  • ¼ cup bourbon (Optional)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

    • Methods :

  • Place the brown sugar, molasses, mustard, bourbon, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
