Sweet Honey Cornbread

Ingredients :

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup cornbread mix (such as Jiffy®)
  • 1 cup pancake mix with buttermilk
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Methods :

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

  • Step 2

    Combine corn, cornbread mix, pancake mix, evaporated milk, sugar, oil, butter, honey, and salt in a large bowl; whisk together. Pour into the prepared baking pan.

  • Step 3

    Bake in the preheated oven until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
