Tao Hummus Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, or to taste

  • Step 1

    Combine chickpeas, tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in food processor or blender; puree until smooth. Transfer hummus to a flat dish. Sprinkle parsley over the hummus to serve.
