Ingredients :

  • 1 ½ cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup sliced raw beet
  • ½ pear
  • cored and chopped
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ banana
  • sliced
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup walnut halves
  • ¼ cup whole almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Methods :

  • Blend spinach, carrots, beet, pear, milk, banana, cottage cheese, walnuts, almonds, yogurt, honey, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth.
