Walnut-Honey-Rum Tart

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup honey
  • ⅓ cup rum
  • 2 ½ cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • Methods :

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the honey, rum and walnuts until well blended. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until filling is set and edges are golden brown.
