Ingredients :
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup flaked coconut
1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
½ cup chopped pecans
Methods :
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).

Step 2
Cream together the butter or margarine and sugars.
Step 3
Stir in egg, oil, vanilla, baking soda and flour. Mix until well blended.
Step 4
Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Drop on cookie sheets. If desired, sprinkle with sugar before baking. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
