Yakitori Marinade

Ingredients :

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup sake
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pressed (Optional)

    • Methods :

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the soy sauce, honey and sake. Mix in the pressed garlic, if using. Use as a marinade and/or a basting sauce while grilling chicken.
