Zesty Hominy and Cheese

Directions

3 (15 ounce) cans white hominy

drained

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers

1 pinch cayenne pepper (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together hominy, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chilies and cayenne pepper.

Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until heated through.
